This is NOT a delinquent unit, this is a privately owned unit being sold on behalf of an estate. The property belonged to an elderly family member and the trustees and heirs of the estate wish to sell the contents as a whole unit rather than piece them out. This will be an easy load out as it is located on the first floor of the storage facility. This unit is packed full! Do not miss out on this treasure hunt.
Terms: Unit is being sold in “as-is, where-is” condition with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. All sales are final. Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that may occur. 15% buyer’s premium. There is a $100.00 refundable clean-out deposit that will be refunded once the unit is emptied in its entirety. Accepted payment is cash, valid check, credit/debit cards. A 4% convenience fee will be charged on any/all credit/debit card transactions. The unit must be cleaned out by 10PM on Friday. Legacy Auction Group, L.L.C. and its representatives are exclusive agents of the seller. No sales tax will be collected. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. Preview of merchandise and bidder registration will begin one hour prior to the auction. All bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and a valid driver’s license. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions. Everything will be offered in "as-is, where-is" condition. All sales are final. Legacy Auction Group is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses. Accepted payment is cash, valid check, and credit/debit cards. A 4% service fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions. All items must be paid for in full before any portion of the merchandise is removed. All items must be removed from the property in the time allotted by the auction company. The auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding. The records kept by the auctioneer and his staff shall in all cases be accepted as final. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any printed or online materials.
