Preview of merchandise and bidder registration will begin one hour prior to the auction. All bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and a valid driver’s license. Legacy Auction Group is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses. Accepted payment is cash, valid check, and credit/debit cards. A 4% service fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions. All items must be paid for in full before any portion of the merchandise is removed. All items must be removed from the property in the time allotted by the auction company. The auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding. The records kept by the auctioneer and his staff shall in all cases be accepted as final. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any printed or online materials.
