Accepted payment will be CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ONLY. A 4% convenience fee will apply to any/all credit/debit card transactions. Winning bidder(s) must pay a REFUNDABLE $250.00 cash deposit per POD. This deposit will be returned in full once the PODS are fully cleaned out to a broom swept condition. Winning bidder(s) will have from Wednesday to Saturday during business hours (M-F: 8AM-4PM, S: 8AM-3:30PM). Unit count is subject to change and redemption. Auction company and/or PODS of Kansas City are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses. Prospective bidder(s) are not allowed to enter and/or touch the PODS and contents within.
