The formal dining room could easily be used as an office or additional living space and showcases custom Arts and Crafts style moulding and light fixtures. The highlight of the main floor is the massive, open-concept, eat-in, custom kitchen with ample oak cabinetry, a center island, exposed brick, tiled backsplash & floor and a box beamed ceiling. There is also a large, newly remodeled bathroom on the main floor w/ a stand-up shower. The back porch has been enclosed and the washer and dryer hook-ups have been brought to the main level. The second floor features (2) spacious bedrooms (1 has a walk-in closet), (1) smaller bedroom, vaulted ceilings and a huge full bathroom w/ stand-up shower. The full, walk-out lower level is ready for your creativity! This huge space features a separate entrance, 2nd kitchen, daylight windows, large family room w/ fireplace & built-ins, a full bath, additional washer/dryer hook-ups and ample storage space. The lover level has enormous potential for expansion of future bedrooms and living space or even a rental unit or mother-in-law quarters. This one-of-a-kind architectural gem is situated on a spacious 0.38 acre lot with a detached double car garage carriage house w/ 2nd level. The exterior features beautiful masonry and brickwork as the original owner was a Swedish immigrant and master mason. The fully fenced lot also showcases a sizable front porch, gardens, newer lofted storage shed w/ electric & mature shade trees.
